About the role

Until now, one person has sold DROPP: our CEO. You are the second.

We are opening Spain, and it is yours to build. Sign the creators whose fans are the most active, and launch them on Dropp.

This is the role that grows DROPP most directly: every creator you sign shows up in the number.

What you will do

  • Map the Spanish creator market and build your target list

  • Reach out, pitch and sign creators who can say yes.

  • Launch their first operation with them, then get them to repeat

  • Own a number:

    • €140K cumulative GMV from your creators by month 3,
    • €500K by month 6. In practice, 8 to 15 active creators by month 3 and 15 to 25 by month 6, each at €5K to €10K a month.

  • Report pipeline and GMV to the CEO every week

What we look for

  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English
  • Already inside the Spanish creator economy (talent, agency, brand deals, UGC, collectibles)
  • A closer. You have owned a revenue target before.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remote with a small team
